The Santee Community School Board recognizes that peanut and tree nut allergies represent a health and safety hazard, which can have serioius consequences for those who have such an allergy and the safety of the District. In order to protect those students, staff, employees, visitors and guests of the District from an environment that may be harmful to them because of such an allergy, and because of possible harm to personal well-being.
